FALL or Spring /Summer shares aprox 8 weeks each season

Aprox 8 weeks of FARM vegetables with prepaid $320
Becoming a Part of our Farm Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) is a relationship between our farm and you as our supporter. Rather than simply purchasing food, our customers "members" of this CSA Farm Club receive a portion of the Farms weekly variety basket /Harvest for a season, sharing in the risk and the reward. We have an Annual Membership Registration that holds your member number for the upcoming season. Membership dues are due and payable by March 1st. Annual Memberships are as follows: -------------------------------------------------- INDIVIDUAL $50 OR FAMILY (one Household) = $100 Our CSA runs 6 to 8 weeks of the growing season. (Spring) Our target harvest time is Mid May through Mid-July, given the environmental factors. The date of first opening pick up will depend on seasonal weather. Your share is in a 8-10 lb basket. (Sometimes More) Each week Farm Share pick up is scheduled (usually on Tuesday 1:00 until 6:00 pm or Saturday 8:30 am - 2:30 pm). Pick up days are subject to change if rain out. WE do not have a delivery service. Pick up only from the farm.OUR GROWING PRACTICE We maintain Natural Historic growing and breeding practices free of hormones, antibiotics and preservatives to the best of our knowledge we don't like to consume chemicals either. We have decided not to pursue complete certification to classify as Organic right now. We maintained our NPIP Poultry & Egg USDA, in favor of establishing direct, trusting relationships with our customers. We are quite familiar with organic standards however and we grow according, as we've managed and worked on certified environments in the past. Certified organic methods are a given for us, and we work too go beyond organic standards by improving a depleted soil statewide, soil quality must receive nutrients to grow food with nutrient value, not just maintaining it. We can understand the peace of mind certification offers however, and are happy to answer any questions you might have about our growing methods. We also practice biodynamics and the view of the farm as a living organism. We do work with other local farmers in production outsourcing and strive to minimize the fertility inputs that come from outside professionals and seek innovative ways to create a self-sustaining farm where we can “GROW ~ FEED ~ and EDUCATE.” That's our mission.SHARING N THE RISK OF CROP FAILURE We promise to do our best to provide you with a bountiful share each week. The quantity of produce however, may vary from week-to-week, month-to-month, and season-to-season due to extreme weather, insects, or other production factors Despite our best efforts as this is a real living working farm, we are not a produce stand or street peddler. By Joining our CSA Club, you are agreeing to share the risk of crop failure with us and other members collectively to improve wellness, mental health and our CommUNITY. In the event of a crop failure, our procedure is as follows: If only a small portion of crops fail, we will compensate for the failed crops by filling your share with other crops grown on the farm that are ready for harvest at that time. Each year typically brings a farm at least one crop failure, which is why we grow a diversity of crops. CSA Memberships. No Refunds as it is a risk on the farmer with his/her time, labor and money as well, it is only a monetary risk on the member they agree to take.By selling CSA membership in advance of the growing season, CSA reduces the burden of upfront cost for the farmer. Your membership fees provide the Farm/Farmer with money to purchase seed to produce your food and equipment and to maintain it before the the season starts and allows us to know how many families to plant and grow for. We appreciate your commitment. All farm payments are non-refundable. SHARE PLANS PIF = Paid in FULL Pick up ONLY at Farm. You are part of the farm, and as Farm Members 2024 pricing ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ PIF $320 for 8 weeks season (aprox $38.00 per week)
